Mosser Nursing Home Visit 6/16/18

On June 16th members of Detachment 296, our mascot Opha Mae, and some of our family members paid a visit to Mosser Nursing Home in Trexlertown, PA. We have made many visits to the home in the past. During this particular visit we met the residents in their game room area. Once there we spent some time to talk to the residents individually. Afterward we sang a few patriotic songs, including each branches anthems. After the singing was over we proceeded to distribute certificate thanking the veterans present for their service. The visit went off fantastically and we all look forward to going back in the near future. - Commandant Jason M. Smith
