Gracedale Nursing Home Visit with Heartland hospice 11/5/18

Members of Heartland Hospice, the Marine Corps League of the Lehigh Valley (Det. 296), the Emmaus Veteran’s Comm. and Gracedale Employees honored the Veterans of Gracedale this afternoon. As part of Heartland’s Vets to Vets program, certificates were presented honoring the residents service. Family members were also recognized. Also Opha Mae the Bull Dog was also an enthusiastic participant.
